Journal Title：Leonardo
Leonardo is aimed at being an international communication channel among artists, with a special focus on the writings of artists who incorporate science and technology in their works. Today, Leonardo has become a leading journal for readers interested in the application of contemporary science and technology in the field of art. It covers various topics including art, computer science, visual arts, history, philosophy, art history, psychology, physics, political science, law, biology, geography, and sociology. As an interdisciplinary platform, it facilitates the exchange and cooperation between art, science, and technology. The journal includes illustrated articles by artists about their own work, as well as articles by historians, theorists, philosophers, and other researchers, with a particular focus on the interaction of arts, science, and technology.
The goal of Leonardo is to document and promote the work of artists, researchers, and scholars interested in the interaction of contemporary art with science and technology; to create forums and meeting places for artists, scientists, and engineers to exchange ideas and collaborate when appropriate; and through the interaction of arts and sciences, to contribute to the creation of a new culture needed for the transition to a sustainable planetary society.
